To begin the vehicle wrapping process, our crew of skilled graphic designers, technicians, and installers must have basic knowledge concerning the vehicle we are about to wrap. Therefore, we ask our customers to bring in exact measurements of their vehicle and a picture of the car.
Once we have a basic idea of the vehicle we are working with, we ask the customer to make a small deposit before we dive in to the design and installation portion of the process.
Following steps 1 and 2, brainstorming can begin—so what did you have in mind?
Our team can create a partial or full body wrap for a variety of vehicles. We’ve made wraps for vans, trailers, automobiles, RVs, speedboats, luxury vehicles, and more.
Using pictures and words, Team Acme can create anything a customer envisions for his or her vehicle(s). We can create something bold and exciting that fits right in to the brand your business projects. Or we can make a simple wrap that displays a company name, message, services, and/or current deals.
Once the customer and Team Acme’s designers have reached a conclusion concerning what the wrap should entail, our graphic artists will create images of the wrap.
Using the measurements of the vehicle and knowing the style of the car, we create a sample image on a template and present it to the customer for approval. If the customer does not like what is produced, we provide 1 set of changes free of charge.
Team Acme uses high quality printers to create vehicle wrap stickers. Our vehicle wraps are printed to fit the measurements of the vehicle in question. This makes it possible for our crew to complete the wrapping process without having to bring a blade near the vehicle. Blades should never be used to install vehicle wraps, because they can cause accidental scrapes in a vehicle’s paint job.
We ask our customers to bring in their vehicles pre-cleaned before installing wraps. Team Acme cleans the car once more before beginning the installation portion of the wrap process; however, we are careful to remove any remnants of tar or wax that are present on a vehicle.
Once the vehicle is cleaned and the graphics are printed, our technicians install the wrap onto the dry vehicle by squeegeeing the stickers in to place.
When installation is complete, we bring the customers’ vehicle out in to the sun to dry and the process is finished.
