Building an easily identifiable fleet of vehicles is important to increase brand awareness and generate leads, especially if you’re a mobile business. Vehicle wraps are one of the most direct, cost effective and targeted advertising solutions available.
However, when you add a new member to your fleet, it sometimes requires more than just an eye-catching wrap. Sometimes it’ll need tint work or glass repairs. With so many shops specializing in only or two of these areas, this means someone is going to have to get out there to drop off and pick up your vehicle, which detracts valuable time and resources from your company.
Team Acme is a one stop shop for all your wrapping, tinting, and glass repairs. All of our work is done completely in-house, which means a quality job in less time.
If you’re looking for a design that matches your company’s branding, look no further than our own in-house design team. Once we have an idea of your budget, we can advise you on your best options. Then we’ll take some pictures and measurements of your vehicle, sit down with you for a brainstorm session, get a good grasp of what you’re looking to do with your wrap, and then produce a few different designs for you to consider. If you choose a design from the first layout, we’ll let you alter it once at no extra cost to ensure that it’s perfect.
Once the design is agreed upon, we’ll print the sticker panels using some of the highest quality printers on the market. We ask that you pre-clean the vehicle before the actual install. We’ll need to keep the vehicle for a few days to properly prep the vehicle and ensure final fitment. It also gives us time to do a quality install – if something needs to be removed for better installation, we’ll do it to the highest standard.
When we have the pre-cleaned vehicle, we’ll give it one final clean to ensure there is no debris that could interfere with the install, such as tar or wax, which would interfere with the longevity of the wrap.
After we’re satisfied that the vehicle is ready, we’ll lay the sticker panels along the vehicle using a squeegee, trim them at the edges of the body as specified in the design, and heat set the material to ensure that it anchors itself properly, especially around the edges as this helps prevent failure.
If any parts were removed during the install, such as door panels, we’ll reassemble them, clean up, and park it in the sun for a few hours to let it bake. We check on the wrap periodically and touch up any lose areas. Once bake time is complete, the vehicle will be ready for pick up.
Once we have your template saved, future wraps will happen even faster because we can skip the design process and apply your design to any vehicle you bring into the shop.
We’ve helped businesses large and small maximize their exposure and increase their number of leads at an immediate level. A passive means of advertisement, a vehicle wrap will help you promote your business for years to come. It’s easy to clean and care for, and can easily be removed or replaced at any time.
