Surviving the Las Vegas heat, especially in the summer, is a true feat and not for the faint of heart. However, we all need a bit of relief and installing window tint is one way to make life more enjoyable. We use a wet mount self-adhesive that installs to the inside of the window. With 99.9 percent UV protection, window tints will keep the interior of your vehicle from fading and deteriorating.
With many shades to choose from, window tinting is not only a way to stay cool and protect your car’s interior. It’s also a great visual upgrade. Up to 60 percent total heat rejection and 97 percent IR heat rejection are available. Technology is the leading factor in window tint performance. The film, computer cutting, and installation tools we use to make the difference.
Depending on the exact type of auto visual glass tinting you need, there are any number of options available. Check out the following two big families of vehicle glass tinting materials. Imagine how great either of them would look on your car.
SunTek’s Carbon line provides superior results for quality and performance. Other features and benefits include:
• Proprietary construction that utilizes unique and innovative carbon technology
• Non-reflective, “black” finish that will not fade
• Great solar performance with advanced UV protection
• No metal layers that can cause interference with cell phone, radio, or navigation system signals on high-end vehicles
• Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty, that includes fading

Consider just a few basic facts about how well this material actually works on an overwhelming majority of vehicles that it’s installed on. For instance, SunTek Carbon tints can theoretically let through 70 percent of visible light transmissions while reducing the total amount of sunlight to only 28 percent of the total amount of solar energy that would have otherwise entered your vehicle in terms of TSER. With these features, SunTek Carbon is an ideal tinting option in Las Vegas, Henderson.
At the same time, some variants boast figures of only 5 percent visible light reflectance with 99 percent UV rejection. When you think about how these tinting sheets are extremely thin, you might very well find yourself more amazed than you thought that you would be.
Best of all, they’re not going to look at all out of place. Regardless of what specific type of vehicle you plan on working with, the tint will fit well. Whether you need to have the windows on a small passenger car tinted or something like a much larger vehicle done, you can trust that the same kind of material should be able to take care of the job.
Naturally, you’ll have plenty of different options to choose from. As a result, you can opt for the style that will best work with the vehicle you have. For instance, you might want to check out Carbon Nano vehicle glass tinting technology.
CarbonXP, a next generation window film, gives enhanced performance for high-end applications. Other features and benefits include:
• The latest in non-metal, nano-hybrid, carbon technology
• Non-reflective, “black” finish that will not fade
• Superior heat, infrared, and UV rejection for increased comfort
• Signal enabling technology that causes no interference with cell phone, radio, or navigation system signals
• Lifetime Manufacturer’s warranty (includes fading)
• Check out the CXP Competitor Comparison
Carbon Nano Hybrid CXP auto visual glass tinting material is even more sophisticated than most of the available competition. It has 80% of visible light transmission blocked when it comes to measurements conducted with CXP 80 material. More than 99 percent of UV light blocked is blocked by this same substance.
These are some very impressive numbers for anyone who might be considering having their vehicle redone with any sort of tinting, so you’ll certainly want to keep CXP technology in mind while you make your decision about your car.
Keep in mind that different styles might be best for different vehicles. Also, consider the different types of reasons you might want to tint your windows. Naturally, Nevada residents often want to do so because of all the sunlight that enters their vehicle’s passenger and driver compartment, thus this should prove to be a very attractive option for many types of motorists.
Before you come in to have your tint applied, we ask that you give your car a thorough cleaning. A clean car makes for a cleaner installation. Once you get here, we’ll also clean the glass and surrounding surfaces.
We then select the window tint shades and computer cut all patterns for your vehicle. We never cut with blades on vehicles, so we can guarantee there will be no scratches in your glass when we’re through.
The film is then laid on the exterior of the window and heat shrunk. The heat helps it conform to the curves and shapes of the glass. We clean the inside of the glass and prepare it for the tint. We lightly wet the glass, apply the tint, and squeegee it into place. This process is then repeated for any additional windows.
Once all tint film has been applied, we clean around the exterior and interior of the windows. We also do the door panels and all related areas. Give the tint at least two days to cure. DO NOT roll down your windows for two days. You might want to have some fresh air in the weather of Las Vegas, however, it is quite important to keep your windows closed at least for two days.
You may notice moisture between the glass and film. Don’t worry; this is normal during the curing process and will dissipate in about two days. Never clean with ammonia-based products. Use ammonia-free glass cleaners only! You can learn more about what you should or should not do after tinting your car’s windows here.
The state of Nevada sets regulations for tinting the various pieces of glass in your car. The front doors are regulated to 35 percent, which means that the film only allows 35% of sunlight to enter the vehicle. A limo tint is rated 3-5 percent visible light transmittance. Windows located behind the driver’s doors are not regulated.
Fortunately, these Nevada tinting laws are actually quite generous as far as they go. You normally won’t run into any problems with this 35 percent rule of thumb unless you want your vehicle tinted to an extremely thick level. In a vast majority of cases, this level of tinting is not really necessary. One of our carbon-based tinting systems will actually do the job without having to go so far.
That will ensure that you stay legal in Nevada. Never worry about sacrificing anything in the way of the sort of style that you prefer.
We offer a non-transferable, one year warranty that includes the edge of film failure due to defects and/or installation error. It does not include scratches from daily use or damage inflicted directly to the tinted surface. After our one year warranty expires, the manufacturer’s warranty comes into effect. For details, please see the manufacturer’s warranty.
